Clients agree to:
Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays, additional fees, or service termination.
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements.
Deposits for custom projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refunds for recurring services may be issued only if cancellation is requested before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused service periods unless required by law.
LORANION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding six (6) months for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
LORANION reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these Terms or engages in unlawful conduct.
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.
